SOUL PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS MAP POLICY

Introduction

At Soul Performance Products, we take great pride in providing a seamless and transparent transaction to provide a great exhaust while maintaining high margins for our dealers. In recognition of the investment in time and money to provide a quality exhaust – our dealer network is responsible for providing the level of customer service and product knowledge that is expected from our clientele. Soul Performance Products is committed to enforcing policies which allow our resellers to maintain high profit margins throughout the sale of our products and therefore has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. All authorized resellers must follow the MAP Policy in the marketing and advertising of Soul Performance Products online, in print, or in any additional forms.

MAP Policy

MAP pricing for all Soul Performance Products offerings is at or no less than MSRP as can be found on the Soul Performance Product and Pricing Guide and Soul Performance Products website, www.soulpp.com
Resellers are also responsible for ensuring their Soul Performance Products offerings are priced in accordance with the MAP Policy on all internet search engines, partnered websites and all other forms of advertising.

Resellers are not required to list pricing in advertising. If a price is listed in an advertisement it must be at or above MAP. Other statements such as “call for price” or “call for quote” are acceptable.
Resellers reserve the right to agree on the final sale price of the product with the end client via verbal communication either by phone or in person.

From time to time, Soul Performance Products may permit resellers to advertise products at prices lower than MAP pricing. In such events, Soul Performance Products reserves the right to modify or suspend the MAP price with respect to the affected products for a specified period of time by providing advance notice to all resellers of such changes.

Failure to comply with the MAP Policy

At the sole discretion of Soul Performance Products, failure to comply with MAP, intentional and/or repeated failure to abide, may result in the immediate loss of partnership and the ability to purchase all Soul Performance Products offerings both direct as well as through distribution.

Soul Performance Products will utilize the following steps to resolve MAP violations:

• Any and all dealers who are selling Soul Performance Products offerings which have not agreed either verbally or by wiring to the MAP Policy are classified as unauthorized resellers.
• Violations from authorized resellers must be corrected within 24hrs of notification
• Resellers account will be temporarily be placed on hold until all MAP Policy violations are corrected
