Order Cancellations and Pricing

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must notify us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover non-refundable transaction processing costs incurred through credit card, PayPal, Affirm, Amazon Pay, etc.

Transaction fees vary depending on the payment provider, but they typically range between 3%-7%

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order cancellations may require processing time. 

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees and shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policy for SOUL Performance Products 

At SOUL Performance Products, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and refund process. Please carefully read the policy below before initiating a return. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Special order and custom-made systems, apparel, and certain other merchandise are NOT eligible for returns. Items drop-shipped from vendors or considered non-stocking may be subject to the return policies of the respective vendor. 

PURCHASES FROM SOUL DEALERS: SOUL does not accept returns or provide refunds direct to the end customer of dealers, you must contact the business you purchased the product from and proceed through their return policy.

Refunds are typically processed the same business day after inspection and communication with customer. For special circumstances, please contact us.

Return Authorization 

To initiate a return, customers must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The RMA Number must accompany the return along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the return reason. 

Conditions for Returns 

  • Products must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. 
  • Items must match the current design and packaging at the time of return. 
  • Products that have been opened, repackaged, or damaged during return transit are not eligible for a refund. 

Sound-related issues are subjective and do not qualify as valid reasons for returns. 

Restocking Fees and Shipping Costs 

  • Returns may incur up to a 25% handling and restocking fee
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Products damaged during return transit are the customer’s responsibility and may result in additional charges or refusal of the return. 

If an order was shipped with promotional free shipping and is returned, SOUL Performance Products reserves the right to charge the original shipping costs to the customer. 

Refund and Credit Terms 

No returns or credits will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Returns for partially shipped items follow the same policy.
